Helping buyers compare apartment layouts before a site visit
A useful layout comparison turns “which home is better?” into specific questions about rooms, movement, furniture and the buyer’s daily routines.
Begin with the buyer’s requirements
Two homes with the same BHK label can have different room shapes, circulation and usable arrangements. Start with the buyer’s priorities: a workspace, dining arrangement, bedroom furniture or access between rooms.
Use the project plan to identify relevant configurations before entering a prepared walkthrough. That gives the buyer a reason for exploring a particular home instead of moving through an attractive scene without a decision in mind.
Compare with consistent questions
For each shortlisted layout, examine the same spaces and furniture assumptions. Check dimensions and clearances in context. Where sunlight exploration is included, compare the same times rather than judging one home in a bright scene and another in a shaded one.
Project Explorer supports this guided exploration for prepared homes. Its geometry is based on plans and dimensions in the project’s RERA filings, while furniture and finishes remain illustrative unless identified otherwise.
Carry questions into the site visit
The result should be a clearer shortlist and better questions for the selling team. Confirm the exact flat, its representation notes, current availability and developer specifications before treating a visual as a purchase commitment.
Brokers, brokerage firms and developers can use their own branding and contact details on Project Explorer. To discuss a project-specific rollout, share the exact project name and RERA registration number, plus the brand name, logo and contact number you want buyers to see.
