Information you choose to provide
The contact form asks for your name, work email, company and, optionally, what you would like to improve. We use this information only to understand and respond to your enquiry.
Contact-form delivery
Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit so they can be delivered to Veldence by email. FormSubmit states that form submissions are retained in its submission archive for 30 days. You may instead email hello@veldence.com directly.
Automated abuse protection
The form uses limited safeguards to distinguish genuine enquiries from automated abuse. These safeguards are used only to protect contact delivery.
Analytics and cookies
Veldence does not use analytics, advertising trackers, session replay or non-essential cookies on this version of the website.
Google APIs and Veldence Wedge Engine
Veldence operates an internal decision-support capability, Veldence Wedge Engine, that uses Google APIs, including the Google Ads API, for keyword research, search-demand analysis and market planning.
When an authorised Veldence user authenticates with Google, the tool uses the authorised credentials only to access the Google functionality required for these purposes. It may process keyword ideas, historical search metrics and the Google Ads account identifiers required to make authorised API requests.
Veldence does not sell Google user data or use it for unrelated purposes. Authentication credentials and tokens are restricted to authorised Veldence personnel. Information obtained through Google APIs is used only for the functionality described above and is handled in accordance with applicable Google API policies.
Retention and sharing
Veldence keeps enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, continue a relevant business conversation or meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete information you submitted by writing to hello@veldence.com.
