How Agent Zone turns calls and WhatsApp into CRM updates

By Veldence · Reviewed 2026-11-01

Agent Zone connects supported buyer conversations to the buyer record, commitments and agreed follow-ups, so the team can continue the conversation with context.

Capture facts separately from promises

A configuration or budget describes the buyer’s requirement. A callback or brochure promise creates work for the team. Keeping these separate makes it clear both what the buyer wants and what the agent has agreed to do.

In the public call demonstration, the buyer wants a 3 BHK in Whitefield, with a ₹1.5–2.5 crore budget for investment. Those are buyer facts. A callback tomorrow at 10:30 AM and a brochure today are commitments.

Preserve what was said; clarify what was not

The callback has an agreed date and time. The brochure has an agreed date but no time. The demonstration therefore asks Ria to enter only the missing brochure time. It does not ask her to re-enter information already captured.

This distinction matters in everyday sales work: an incomplete commitment should be visible as incomplete rather than appearing as a fully scheduled action. Agents can review exceptions and correct details.

Keep the communication boundary clear

Capture applies to the calling and WhatsApp connections configured with Agent Zone. Personal conversations outside those connections are not captured. Telephony setup and provider charges are discussed separately.

The public demonstration explains the product workflow. It is not a measured claim about extraction accuracy or a customer’s conversion results. For your own team, use a demo to discuss the actual channels, access and follow-up process you need.
