How Agent Zone and Project Explorer support the buyer journey

By Veldence · Reviewed 2026-11-01

Agent Zone keeps the buyer conversation and next actions connected. Project Explorer helps the buyer understand and experience a project. Both serve brokers, brokerage firms and developers.

Conversation and understanding are different needs

A sales team needs to remember what the buyer said and what it promised. The buyer needs to understand whether a project and a particular home suit their requirements. These needs overlap, but they are not the same product task.

Agent Zone is the CRM: supported calls and WhatsApp conversations become buyer updates, commitments and agreed follow-ups. Agents handle missing details, exceptions and next actions.

Give the buyer a project they can explore

Project Explorer presents project information, configurations and prepared walkthroughs under the selling team’s brand. Buyers can explore the selected home with dimensions, sunlight and clearances in context, according to the prepared scope.

Getting started requires the exact project name and RERA registration number, plus brand name, logo and contact number. Veldence uses the filed project details, plans and dimensions to prepare the experience.

Choose around your immediate need

If your priority is conversation continuity and follow-ups, start by reviewing Agent Zone. If buyers struggle to understand projects or compare homes, start with Project Explorer. You can request a demo of either product or select both on the contact form.

The products support complementary work. This does not imply that every interaction in Project Explorer automatically synchronises into Agent Zone; confirm any required integration during the scope discussion. Pricing is separate, so review each product’s current page rather than assuming a bundled subscription.
