# Project Explorer, a project website or a virtual tour: what is the difference?

These formats can serve different buyer questions. Compare the actual experience offered rather than assuming a website or tour has a fixed set of capabilities.

## A website introduces; an experience connects

A project website often introduces the development, location, amenities and enquiry routes. Some also include rich comparison tools. A virtual tour usually focuses attention on the spaces shown, whether photographed or rendered.

Project Explorer is organised around a buyer journey: understand the project, compare relevant homes and explore prepared interiors. Its distinction is how these steps connect under the selling team’s brand, not a claim that every other website lacks them.

## Test the questions a buyer can answer

Can the buyer find the relevant configuration, understand the plan and carry that selection into a walkthrough? Can they inspect dimensions, sunlight or clearances where those features are available? Are illustrative finishes and representative layouts explained?

Use the same shortlisted home when comparing experiences. A polished image alone does not establish whether the buyer can understand its scale or distinguish it from another layout.

## Check source, branding and scope

Project Explorer starts with the exact project name and RERA registration number. The customer also supplies their brand name, logo and contact number. Veldence prepares the experience using details, plans and dimensions in the RERA filings.

Confirm which configurations and walkthroughs are included in the quoted scope. Do not treat prepared sample homes as live inventory, or illustrative furnishing as a specification. A guided demo is the clearest way to compare the actual scope with the buyer journey your brokerage or developer sales team needs.
