# How to track buyer commitments and follow-ups

A useful commitment record states what was promised, who it concerns, when it is due and what evidence will show it has been completed.

## Separate requirements from work

“I want a 3 BHK” is a buyer requirement. “I will call tomorrow at 10:30” is a commitment. A CRM should keep both connected to the same buyer while giving them different treatment.

Agent Zone captures supported conversation details and promises, then helps the team see the next action. The aim is continuity: the next conversation should start with the buyer’s context and the agent’s previous commitments.

## Make incomplete schedules explicit

A date can be known even when a time is missing. If a brochure is promised today, keep today and ask for the missing time. If neither date nor time was agreed, do not turn a vague promise into a precise appointment without clarification.

The Agent Zone call demonstration makes this distinction visible: the callback is already scheduled, while the brochure commitment needs Ria to supply its time.

## Distinguish scheduled, attempted and completed

Scheduling a callback does not mean the buyer was reached. Preparing a brochure does not prove delivery. Completion should depend on the relevant evidence rather than a promising-looking animation or a checkmark alone.

Agents still perform actions such as calling buyers or sending material. Agent Zone keeps the work connected and tracks supported completion evidence. During a demo, ask how your team will see unresolved work, make corrections and understand why an item is marked complete.
